The Dyson Airstrait™ is designed to dry and straighten hair at the same time, starting from wet hair. Engineered to achieve a natural straight finish suitable for various hair types, this innovative tool eliminates the need for hot plates, simplifying your hair care routine.

Using pioneering Dyson technology, high-pressure airflow is utilized to straighten hair while drying, without the use of extreme heat that can cause damage. The airflow is heated and distributed evenly through the hair strands as you style, ensuring a smooth end result with reduced damage and breakage.

The airflow is directed downwards at a 45° angle to create the necessary tension to align the hair for a sleek finish. Glass bead thermistors within the machine arms regulate the airflow temperature up to 30 times per second, preventing overheating and preserving the natural shine of the hair.

Powered by a Dyson Hyperdymium motor, the machine features a 13-blade impeller that spins up to 106,000rpm, pushing 11.9 liters of air per second with a pressure of 3.6kPa. This impressive airflow is strong enough to straighten the hair as it dries, providing efficient styling results.

With three pre-set temperatures (175°F, 230°F, and 285°F), the Dyson Airstrait™ allows you to transition your hair from wet to a finished style in one step. Additionally, you can touch up or refresh your dry hair at 250°F or 285°F, or use the Boost mode for extra shine.

The machine's intuitive airflow system automatically adjusts the airflow based on the presence of hair between the arms, reducing noise and improving efficiency during styling sessions.
